Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If your shipment is extremely delayed, we will email you.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in the United States.
- Standard (USPS/UPS) 3–5 business days Free on orders over $50
- Expedited (FedEx/UPS) 2–3 business days $9.99
- Express (Next-Day) 1 business day $24.99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and destination.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipping.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for express orders)
- APO/FPO addresses
- Certain countries with shipping restrictions or sanctions
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [support@almaviva.com] with your order number and details. We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Almaviva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
