1. Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  2. Tags must be attached and original packaging included.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items marked as final sale, personalized/custom items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@almavivajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders only).
  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest carrier location.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

  1. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available). To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify your desired replacement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@almavivajewelry.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

7. International Returns

At this time, return shipping for international orders must be handled by the customer. Please ensure items are sent via a trackable method.
