Warranty & Repairs
At Almaviva, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on all eligible products.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty zippers, stitching, clasps, or hardware
- Fabric damage that occurs under normal use
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Color fading, stains, or damage from washing
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
2. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Email us at support@almaviva.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- Our customer care team will assess the issue within 2–4 business days and guide you through the next steps.
If your item is covered under warranty, we’ll offer:
- A free repair, replacement, or
- Store credit if the original item is no longer available
3. Repair Services (Out of Warranty)
We also offer paid repair services for damages outside the warranty coverage.
- Repairs are quoted based on the issue and item type
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair center

4. Turnaround Time
- Warranty repairs: 10–15 business days from the date of receiving the item
- Paid repairs: Timeline provided after evaluation
We’ll always keep you informed about the status of your repair or replacement.
5. Shipping Instructions for Repairs
If your repair is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Please ensure:
- Items are clean and securely packed
- Tracking is used for return shipments (we’re not responsible for lost items in transit)
